Boarding Policies

Office Hours:
Monday thru Friday 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.
Saturday & Sunday 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

  • Boarding drop off can be between 6:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.
  • Boarding pick up times can be between 6:00 A.M. and 9:30 P.M.
  • Early drop off and late pickups may be subject to an extra charge according to the following.
  • Our Boarding period goes from 2:00 p.m. on day of arrival to 2:00 p.m. on day of departure. When dogs are dropped off prior to 2:00 pm we charge a $10 fee. When dogs are picked up after 2:00 p.m. we charge a $10 fee. This $10 is collected to cover the cost of day care beyond the boarding stay. We do not charge any hourly fees for overnight boarding stays.
  • We charge $5 to either medicate or feed your dog a special owner-supplied diet. This service includes 2 feedings and 2 medication administrations per day.
  • We charge $35 to transport a dog to & from their vet appointment (within 5 miles from the facility) plus $25 per hour for waiting labor.
  • We charge a $35 cancellation fee if a client fails to cancel their reservation 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

    1 - 10 nights $35.00 per night
